Refund policy
We only accept returns for faulty items or errors made with your order. As all our products are personalised, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for any other reason.
Step 1 - Let Us Know
If you encounter an issue with your item(s), please notify us within 14 days of receiving them. Visit our Contact Page for details on how to reach out to us.
To assist with resolving the issue, we kindly request images of the fault. This will help us determine whether it is a manufacturing defect or damage caused during use.
Please note: If we find the socks have been damaged through use and not due to a fault, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Step 2 - Pack Up Your Items
Ensure your item(s) are packed in their original condition, along with all original packaging. We recommend using the box they were sent in.
Include the following details:
- Your order number
For convenience, you can write these details on your original delivery note.
Step 3 - Send Your Return To Us

We will provide you with a return label via email to send the item back to us.
Step 4 - Our Return Process Thereafter
Once we receive your return, we will contact you by email. We aim to process returns within 3 working days of receipt. If your item is deemed faulty or an error has been made with your order, we will issue an exchange or process a refund accordingly.
Refund Details:
- Full refunds will include the standard delivery charge you paid but will exclude any additional delivery charges.
- Refund times may vary depending on your payment method, but most are processed within 3–5 working days after approval.
Important Information:
We do not accept liability for items that are damaged or lost during return shipment.
Rejected Returns:
If a return is received and rejected (e.g., it does not meet our faulty or error criteria), it will be held for 28 days. During this time, you are responsible for arranging collection or covering the cost of postage back to you. After this period, uncollected items will be destroyed.
